L'objectif de cette \u00e9tude prospective \u00e9tait d'\u00e9valuer les r\u00e9sultats cliniques des injections de MFAT chez les patients souffrant d'arthrose de la hanche. R\u00e9sultats : Aucune complication majeure n'a \u00e9t\u00e9 rapport\u00e9e et seuls trois patients ont \u00e9chou\u00e9. Le score WOMAC total s'est am\u00e9lior\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re significative par rapport \u00e0 la valeur de d\u00e9part seulement \u00e0 1 mois et 3 mois, tandis que les scores VAS et HHS ont montr\u00e9 une am\u00e9lioration significative par rapport \u00e0 la valeur de d\u00e9part \u00e0 tous les suivis. Conclusions : Une seule injection intra-articulaire de MFAT guid\u00e9e par ultrasons repr\u00e9sente une option s\u00fbre et prometteuse pour le traitement de l'arthrose de la hanche.
