L'\u00e9mergence de bioth\u00e9rapies bas\u00e9es sur les cellules souches d\u00e9riv\u00e9es de l'adipeuse (CSDA) offre des traitements prometteurs pour les maladies d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives chondrales. Le m\u00e9lange de micrograisse (MF) et de plasma riche en plaquettes (PRP), riche en facteurs de croissance et en CSD, pourrait constituer une option injectable peu invasive dans le traitement de l'arthrose du poignet.
