In dieser systematischen \u00dcbersichtsarbeit werden die klinischen Ergebnisse von sechs orthobiologischen Therapien bei H\u00fcft-OA untersucht: Hyalurons\u00e4ure (HA), pl\u00e4ttchenreiches Plasma (PRP), autologe Zelltherapie (ACT), mikrofragmentiertes Fettgewebe (MFAT) sowie Knochenmarkaspirat (BMA) und dessen Konzentration (BMAC). Insgesamt verbesserten sich die PROMs bei der letzten Nachuntersuchung nach orthobiologischen Eingriffen. Orthobiologische Injektionen haben sich als vielversprechend f\u00fcr die Verbesserung der PROMs bei Patienten mit H\u00fcft-OA erwiesen.
