In diesem Fallbericht wird die Behandlung eines 14-j\u00e4hrigen Fu\u00dfballspielers mit Osteochondritis dissecans des lateralen Femurkondylus und einer anschlie\u00dfenden chondralen L\u00e4sion Grad IV in der Trochlea femoralis beschrieben. Die anf\u00e4ngliche Behandlung mit einer frischen osteochondralen Transplantation f\u00fchrte zur Osteointegration, zum Verschwinden der Schmerzen und zur Wiederherstellung der Funktionalit\u00e4t. W\u00e4hrend der Rehabilitation entwickelte sich eine sekund\u00e4re trochle\u00e4re L\u00e4sion, die mit einer Kombination aus mikrofragmentiertem autologem Fettgewebe und einer Kollagenmembran behandelt wurde.
