Eine einarmige, offene, standort\u00fcbergreifende, von der FDA zugelassene klinische Studie an Kellgren-Lawrence-Patienten mit KOA-Schweregrad 2-4. Das zellul\u00e4re Produkt wurde aus patientenspezifischem Lipoaspirat in einer zentral gelegenen, FDA-konformen Produktionsst\u00e4tte hergestellt. Neunundzwanzig Probanden wurden mit einer qualit\u00e4tsgepr\u00fcften einmaligen intraartikul\u00e4ren Injektion von GMP-gefertigtem SVF behandelt. Unerw\u00fcnschte Ereignisse, Laborwerte, Vitalparameter und k\u00f6rperliche Untersuchungsergebnisse wurden w\u00e4hrend des Studienzeitraums \u00fcberwacht. Es wurde eine gute Vertr\u00e4glichkeit ohne wesentliche Sicherheitsprobleme nachgewiesen. Knieschmerzen und -funktion, die mit Hilfe des Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score (KOOS) bewertet wurden, zeigten bemerkenswerte Verbesserungen.
